MAKING A CALL

Lift handset or Press the Line key or press Hands free key

ON - SET HOLD

Place a call on hold To return to the call

Press the Hold Key, indicator flashes

Press the Line key with flashing indicator

RING AGAIN
When you encounter a busy condition, press Ring Again to be notified when the line is available.

Lay down receiver and begin speaking
MUTE MICROPHONE

NOTE: Your default password is “672+ extension number” and must be entered the first time you open your mailbox

- Enter your current password, press #
Note: default password is “672 + extension “
- Enter a new 4 to 16 digit password, press #
- Enter the new password again, press #
Note: New password must be random
RECORD YOUR NAME (personal verification)
- Log in
- Press 89
- Press 5 to record
- Say your first and last name at the tone
- Press # to end recording
- To review press 2
- To accept and exit press 4
- To re-record press 5
CHANGE YOUR “DIAL ZERO” PERSON
- Log in Press
- 801
- Enter the new operator’s four -digit number and press #
- Hang up
RECORD GREETING
- Log in
- Press 82
- Press 1 for external greeting (Optional: 2 for internal callers or 3 for special greeting)
Note: Greeting # 3 can be programmed with and expiration date
- Press 5 to record
- Press # to end recording
- To review greeting press 2
- To accept and exit press 4
- To delete and re-record, press 76 then 5 to record
LEAVING MESSAGE FOR OTHERS
- Dial Express Messaging 4598
- Enter mailbox number to leave message for and press #
- Leave your message and simply hang-up
OR
- Log in to your mailbox
- Press 75
- Enter list of mailbox numbers separate by the # key
- To end the list press the # key
- Press 5 to begin recording of your message and press # to end
- To send press, 79, to re-record press 76-5, to review press 2
TRANSFER CALL TO VOICEMAIL
- Press Transfer
- Dial 4598
- When Call Pilot answers, Dial mailbox number and press #
- Press Connect
- Hang up
CALL FORWARD To activate To Check/Cancel
- Press Forward
- Press check Fw
- Dial 4 digit extension to forward calls to
- Press OK, to leave forward on
- Press Done
- Press Cancel Fw cancel forwarding
CALL TRANSFER
- Press Transfer ( places call on hold)
- Dial third party number
- Press Swap to switch between the original caller and the new caller
- Press Connect to complete the transfer
