Keeping Your Records

The Registrar handles student records, processes registration requests, schedules classes and maintains class lists, enforces the rules for entering or leaving classes, and keeps a permanent record of grades and transcripts.

Please allow 2-4 weeks before printing your official transcripts to ensure all necessary processing has been completed. This includes the "Degree Earned and Conferred" statement on the transcript and your final GPA.
