FSU is the home of athletic champions

FSU is also a growing presence in the CIAA Conference. FSU has brought home a multitude of championships in football, basketball, golf, volleyball, tennis, bowling and softball, to include the 2007 championship titles for the women's tennis team and the men's golf team. The university’s men’s and women’s athletic teams continue to uphold the bronco tradition of excellence in NCAA Division II sports.

Athletics at FSU go far beyond spectator sports. An active intramural program offers students the opportunity to participate in flag football, basketball, jujitsu, track and field, soccer, and swimming.
