Welcome to University Place Apartments the newest Fayetteville State University, Residence Life community serving FSU students.  We provide housing for traditional as well as non traditional students. Comfort, Convenience, Friendship and Fun are the beginning of a whole new living experience. Our unique facility equips you with the tools to succeed both academically and socially. We are located directly across from the street from main, campus; within walking distance of classes, we are near the new Bronco Square, retail shops, restaurants.
