GOAL 1: To maintain a comprehensive planning-management-evaluation process for the Division of Academic Affairs to ensure institutional effectiveness. GOAL 2: To ensure the implementation of academic programs, support services, and enrichment activities that enhance students' intellectual development, reinforce their academic progress, and prepare them for life experiences. GOAL 3: To ensure the hiring and retention of well-qualified faculty members who can demonstrate effective teaching and commitment to student development. |
GOAL 4: To provide a comprehensive faculty and staff development program that will improve instructional delivery and ensure personal growth. GOAL 5: To encourage increased use of technology by faculty, staff, and students to enhance communications and academic achievement. GOAL 6: To facilitate structures and processes to ensure effective faculty participation in the governance of the University. GOAL 7: To provide services that will extend the resources of the University to southeastern North Carolina. |
