Dr. Cezair joined FSU in 2002 after earning her Doctorate degree in Accounting at Argosy University at Sarasota. Dr. Cezair is also an alumna of Howard University and the University of Maryland where she earned her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees, consecutively, in Accounting. Dr. Cezair currently teaches courses in Financial and Managerial Accounting at the undergraduate level. Her research interests are in accounting education, gender and diversity issues in accounting and auditing. Dr. Cezair is originally from the Caribbean island of Trinidad and Tobago and has international experience having taught at the University of the West Indies and worked for the U.S. Federal Government in several Caribbean and Latin American countries.
