North Carolina Early College Scholarship

NORTH CAROLINA EARLY COLLEGE students can attend Fayetteville State University and earn a bachelor's degree DEBT FREE.

We will provide eligible students with a scholarship to make it possible. Here's how it works:

• If you are a North Carolina Early College student, have a high school GPA of 2.75 or higher, and apply for federal financial aid, you're eligible. *You must be a North Carolina resident to qualify.

• The scholarship is available for up to TWO YEARS while enrolled at FSU (excluding summer school).

• FSU will award you a scholarship to cover the cost of attendance above any federal and state grants and scholarships you receive.  You don't have to accept any loans.

• The scholarship will cover the cost for tuition, fees, room and board.  That means living on campus is covered! 

You can earn a bachelor's degree without having to use your own money.   AND you can do it while attending a school that puts you first to set you up for a sucessful future. 

What you need to do:

• Apply for admission to Fayetteville State University.  Your application for admission acts as your application for the Early College Scholarship.
