Transfer and Advisement Center University College

The Transfer and Advisement Center is a part of University College, the academic unit that assists students in their first and second year of enrollment with the university.  University College is a unit within the  Division of Academic Affairs.

About the Unit

The mission of the Transfer and Advisement Center's (TAC) is to assist transfer students in making the transition to Fayetteville State University (FSU) as smooth as possible. Our goal is to enhance academic success for all transfer students, readmitted students, students with undeclared majors, and students experiencing academic difficulties.  We provide a nurturing and encouraging atmosphere for our students through one-on-one counseling, coaching, and advising.

To achieve the mission and goals of the TAC, our office works collaboratively with staff, faculty and various office across the campus to provide opportunities that foster student success.  We believe that students are our priorities and we are committed to helping FSU students achieve their academic goals
