Dual Enrollment

Fayetteville State University is committed to creating and maintaining lasting relationships with our community college partners.  To this end, we are in the process of creating articulation agreements and dual enrollment agreements whenever feasible.

Advantages of Dual Enrollment
  • Guaranteed acceptance to FSU (as long as academic standards are maintained and financial obligations are met).
  • Able to work on the Associate's and Bachelor's degrees simultaneously.
  • Earn both the Associate's and Bachelor's degrees in as little as four years.
  • Able to transfer a greater number of credit hours to FSU than any other 4-year public institution.
  • Classes taken at both institutions covered as long as you are eligible for financial aid.
  • Tuition may be less as more courses may be taken at the community college and through distance learning at FSU.
  • Advisors at both institutions.
