  • The deadline to submit your dual enrollment form is July 15 for the Fall, November 15 for the Spring, and April 15 for the Summer! Please obtain all signatures before submitting to FSU.

    Don't forget to declare you major as soon as possible!  From the FSU homepage, go to Quick Links, A-Z Search, type in D and go to Declare Major form.
