Insurance for Transfer StudentsThe university will automatically charge you for FSU's student health insurance policy. You may waive this fee by submitting an Insurance Waiver Form at Student Health Services. To receive this waiver, you must present proof of insurance. For more information, call 910-672-1454, or visit the Student Health Services website. Please note: athletes, international students, and other groups of students are required to have additional health insurance. Student Health Services will provide additional information.
