GRADUATION CLEARING PROCESS
- Degree Audit – by mail
- Conference With Advisor – to compare the Registrar’s audit with their audit
- Only the Department Chair communicates with Registrar Staff to resolve problems.
- Students will not be cleared through the Registrar’s Office.
- Advisor should notify you of any changes/corrections. (KEEP IN TOUCH!) If you do not know who your Advisor is, see your Department Chairperson for your Advisor’s name
- Please notify Registrar Staff if you will not be graduating. If you applied for graduation and you know that you will NOT complete your requirements for graduation, please stop by the Registrar’s Office and make the official change on the application for graduation.
- Periodically check prospective graduate list postings – If your name is not on these listings, SEE YOUR ADVISOR. (Name on list does not guarantee graduation.)
- Final exams for prospective graduates will be given according to the FINAL EXAMINATION SCHEDULE.
- List confirming graduates will be posted.
