Senior FAQs
  • How do I obtain a copy of my senior audit?
    The Senior Audit is processed with your Application for Graduation by the Registrar’s Office. A copy of the audit is mailed to the student and his/her advisor as soon as the audit is complete. Allow at least 6-8 weeks to receive a copy of the degree audit. The student should CHECK to make sure at least 120 credit hours have been earned for requirements.
    NOTE: Students may complete an undergraduate request for graduation audit on-line if he/she has earned at least ninety (90) hours. To do this go to current students, click Registrar’s Office, click undergraduate request for graduation audit, complete form, run copy, and click submit.
  • What forms do I need to complete?
    All degree-seeking students who have at least ninety (90) hours should complete the Application for Graduation with a $50.00 graduation fee. Students must have a completed Declaration of Major form on file in the Registrar’s Office, prior to applying for Graduation. The Application for Graduation can be picked up from the Registrar’s Office or down loaded from the website. This completed form (including your advisor’s signature) should be returned to the Registrar’s Office with a copy of your receipt from the Cashier’s Office.
  • When should I submit the forms?
    The Application for Graduation should be submitted no later than December for the May Commencement and no later than May for the December Graduation.
  • What if i miss the application deadline?
    Students who miss the deadline must complete a Late Application for Graduation Agreement. This agreement states that you understand that your name may not be on the Commencement Program and that your Diploma may not be back in time for the Ceremony.
  • Can I receive proof of my degree completion if I complete my degree requirements during the summer?
    Students who have met all degree requirements during the summer may request a Degree earned Verification Letter or an Earned Degree Transcript from the Registrar’s Office. The cost per transcript is $3.00.
  • Can I participate in the May graduation ceremony, if I will finish my degree requirements during the summer?
    You must complete all degree requirements to participate in the Graduation Ceremony
