Capt. Jarvora B. Duncan is currently the Commandant of Cadets, Air Force Reserve Officer Training Corps (AFROTC), Detachment 607, Fayetteville State University in Fayetteville, North Carolina. 

Captain Duncan received his commission as a graduate of the ROTC program at Fayetteville State University in 2004. He has held a variety of force support positions at many levels, including an assignment on the headquarter staff as officer in charge, commander support staff for the Air Force newest Numbered Air Force, Seventeenth Air Force and prior to that served as the last squadron section commander for the decommissioned 723d Air Mobility Squadron, Ramstein AB, Germany.

Prior to his current assignment, Captain Duncan was Officer in Charge, Commander Support Staff, Seventeenth Air Force, Ramstein AB, Germany.
