Staff Sergeant (SSgt) Kasie SpearmanTechnical Sergeant (TSgt) Kasie Spearman serves as Noncommissioned Officer in Charge (NCOIC) of Personnel Actions for Air Force Reserve Officer Training Corps (AFROTC) Detachment 607 at Fayetteville State University in Fayetteville, North Carolina. SSgt Spearman is responsible for personnel records and knowledge operations management for four detachment cadre members and approximately 80 cadets. As such, SSgt Spearman monitors and updates all cadet life-cycle personnel and pay actions related to medical, physical, enlistments, cadet categorization, tuition, fees, subsistence, and commissioning.

SSgt Spearman enlisted in the United States Air Force in 2002. She has served in a variety of roles including commander support staff, counselor, and installation personnel readiness.
