Biography
Susan B. Paschal is a graduate of Interlochen Arts Academy and holds a Bachelors of Arts degree in Education/ Communications from The University of Michigan and a Masters of Fine Arts degree from Michigan State University. While pounding the pavement in New York City Susan performed under the tutelage of Susan Strassberg at the famed Actors Studio. Susan claims many roles on the professional stage across the nation: Irene Molloy in Hello Dolly, Sabina in Skin of our Teeth, Marge in Sherlock Holms, Kate in P.S. Your Cat is Dead! To M’Lynn in a Sandhills Theatre production of Steel Magnolias, to name a few. She also has nationwide television, film and radio commercials to her credit. Susan is presently an Assistant Professor of Speech and Theatre at Fayetteville State University and the Director of the Children's Worship Arts program at Brownson Memorial Presbyterian Church. She has previously taught at Michigan State University, St. Andrews Presbyterian College and Methodist University. Susan is a professional actor/singer and presently sings with Michael Howe in the choir at Brownson and is a devoted mother to her 17 year old son Luke. Teaching Courses
