Important notes pertaining to Course Withdrawal:

• You will receive no refund of tuition and fees for withdrawing from individual classes.  Since you are paying for the course, you should strive to earn credit for it.  If you are withdrawing from all the courses in which you are enrolled – even if you are enrolled in only one course--, you must withdraw from the university.  Click on the University Withdrawal link below.
   

• When you withdraw from a class, you fail to earn credit for the class.  If you earn fewer than 67% of your attempted hours, you will lose your financial aid.  Example:  If you have 30 attempted hours for the academic year and withdraw from 12 hours – in other words, you earn 18 of 30 credits -- you will lose financial aid eligibility for the following year since 18 of 30 is 60%.
