Effective Fall, 2008
Fayetteville State University's housing cost is
$1,435.00 per semester for the regular residence halls and $1,510.00
for the suite-style dormitory. Fayetteville State University offers
the following meal plans: A twenty-one (21) meal plan per week is
required for all first-time freshman residing in our residence halls
at a cost of $1,070 per semester (plus $100.00 in declining balance per
semester). All other students residing on campus may choose from the
twenty-one (21) meal plan at a cost of $1,070, a seventeen (17) meal
plan at a cost of $1,017.00 per semester (plus $120.00 in declining
balance per semester) or a fourteen (14) meal plan at a cost of
$963.00 per semester (plus $140.00 declining balance). Commuting
students may enroll in the Declining Balance Meal plan at a cost of
$300.00.

Semester 2006, Fayetteville State University will no longer offer an internal payment plan.
Students with account balances $100 or greater wishing to make
payments must enroll through Tuition
Management Systems (TMS). For more information, please call
