HOUSING COST - MEAL PLANS

PLEASE READ IN ENTIRETY! 

Effective Fall, 2008

Fayetteville State University's housing cost is $1,435.00 per semester for the regular residence halls and $1,510.00 for the suite-style dormitory. Fayetteville State University offers the following meal plans: A twenty-one (21) meal plan per week is required for all first-time freshman residing in our residence halls at a cost of $1,070 per semester (plus $100.00 in declining balance per semester). All other students residing on campus may choose from the twenty-one (21) meal plan at a cost of $1,070, a seventeen (17) meal plan at a cost of $1,017.00 per semester (plus $120.00 in declining balance per semester) or a fourteen (14) meal plan at a cost of $963.00 per semester (plus $140.00 declining balance). Commuting students may enroll in the Declining Balance Meal plan at a cost of $300.00.

Effective Fall Semester 2006, Fayetteville State University will no longer offer an internal payment plan.  Students with account balances $100 or greater wishing to make payments must enroll through Tuition Management Systems (TMS).  For more information, please call 1-888-463-6994 or go to www.afford.com. 
 

All noted fees are subject to change by the N.C. General Assembly, the UNC Board of Governors or Fayetteville State University.  Notification of any changes will be published as soon as possible.
