How do I access my 1098-T?

1) From the FSU Home Page, Go to: Current Student (or use the link below)

2) Select: Banner Login: Banner Log In

3) Login with USER ID and PIN

4) Go to: Student Services and Financial Aid

5) Go to: Student Account

6) Go to: Tax Notification

7) Enter Tax Year: 2007

8) Click: Submit

9) Review for accuracy and Print for your records.

Instructions for Student:

An eligible educational institution , such as a college or university , in which you are enrolled who makes reimbursements or refunds of qualified tuition, fees, scholarships, and grants, are required to furnish this information to IRS on a 1098-T form for the calendar year. Instructions on how to print for your records are located in Banner under the Tax Notification form.
