Fayetteville State University no longer offers an internal payment plan. Tuition Management Systems (TMS) is now FSU’s exclusive payment plan option provider, for information about their services, please visit www.afford.com or call 1-800-356-8329. Please Note: The deadline for signing up with TMS for the fall semester has passed; therefore, your account balance is due immediately.

If you are receiving assistance from a third (3^rd) party agency, i.e., (Air Force, Army, Scholarships, State Veterans, VAVR, VR), please review your account online to ensure your tuition and fees have been assessed properly. Please contact Ms. Kristen Aube, student accounts at (910) 672-1035 for third party billing inquiries.

Registration for the Spring 2007 will begin November 13, 2006. Please keep in mind, if your financial obligations are not satisfied, you will not be permitted to register.

FSU accepts cash, cashier’s check, money order and MasterCard/Visa payments. You may visit the Cashier’s Office, remit by mail, or pay online. Please do not remit cash by mail.
