Effective Fall Semester 2006, Fayetteville State University will no longer offer an internal payment plan. Students with balances $100 or greater wishing to make payments must enroll through Tuition Management Systems (TMS). For more information, please call 1-800-722-4867 or go to www.afford.com.

Students with a bill of $100 or more must pay their bills in full by the last day of registration.

Students with an account balance after the last day of registration and are not identified by Tuition Management Systems with a current payment plan, will automatically be charged a service fee and placed on TMS's Monthly Payment Plan. In order to offer more payment flexibility, it is recommended students not receiving financial aid payment to cover all tuition/fees and unable to pay in full by the last day or registration contact TMS to set up a payment plan today! These fees are subject to change by the N.C. General Assembly, the UNC Board of Governors or
Fayetteville State University. Notification of any changes will be published as soon as possible.
