Effective Fall Semester 2006, Fayetteville State University will
no longer offer an internal payment plan. Students with
balances $100 or greater wishing to make payments must enroll
through Tuition Management Systems (TMS). For more information,

Fayetteville State University's housing cost is
$1,435.00 per semester for the regular residence halls and $1,510.00
for the suite-style dormitory. Fayetteville State University offers
the following meal plans: A twenty-one (21) meal plan per week is
required for all first-time freshman residing in our residence halls
at a cost of $1,070 per semester (plus $100.00 in declining balance per
semester). All other students residing on campus may choose from the
twenty-one (21) meal plan at a cost of $1,070, a seventeen (17) meal
plan at a cost of $1,017.00 per semester (plus $120.00 in declining
balance per semester) or a fourteen (14) meal plan at a cost of
$963.00 per semester (plus $140.00 declining balance).
Commuting students may now enroll in a $300 per
semester declining balance plan, which allows you to eat at any food
venue on campus, as well as the 21, 17 or 14 meals per week plans. In
addition, commuting students may also choose from a 60-Block Meal Plan
($335.00), a 40-Block Meal Plan ($235.00) or a 20-Block Meal Plan
($130.00) per semester, provided by the Food Services Contractor, for
meals served in the main dining facility.
Payments can be made by cash, cashier's check,
personal check, money orders, Visa/MasterCard or Financial Aid Award
letters. Students with a bill of $100 or more must pay their bills in
full by the last day of registration.
These fees are subject to change by the N.C. General Assembly, the
UNC Board of Governors or
Fayetteville State University. Notification of any changes will be
published as soon as possible.
