When you withdraw from a class, you fail to earn credit for the class. If you earn fewer than 67% of your attempted hours, you will lose your financial aid. Example: If you have 30 attempted hours for the academic year and withdraw from 12 hours – in other words, you earn 18 of 30 – credits you will lose financial aid eligibility for the following year since 18 of 30 is 60%.
