| EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND |
AA, Manatee Community College,1994 Dr. Frobish is currently Interim Department Chair of the Department of Communication at Fayetteville State University. He is the 2011-12 UNC Board of Governors Excellence in Teaching Award Winner, and the 2007-08 FSU Teacher of the Year! He has served as the President of the American Communication Association, Vice-President Elect of the New York State Communication Association, and as Chair of several divisions at regional and state communication associations. He is a Fulbright Fellow, having participated in the 2006 Summer Seminars Abroad program in Hungary. |
