GENERAL INFORMATION


General Information

Cancellation - the University reserves the right to cancel any course due to insufficient enrollment.

Refunds - if a class is cancelled by the University, students will receive a full refund.

Examinations - instructors will post all dates for timed examinations along with specific instructions.

Grievances/Complaints about course/program - students are encouraged to discuss their grievances directly with the person responsible for the area or problem.  The next step is to contact the Department Chair/Dean  of the School or College, and then the Provost and Vice Chancellor for Academic Affairs.

Withdrawals - students must complete the appropriate form to withdraw from a class at the University.  Withdrawal Form fax  number : 910-672-1491

Honesty - acts of dishonesty in any work (cheating, plagiarism, misrepresentation, fabrication of information, and abetting any of the above) constitute academic misconduct.  Non-disclosure or misrepresentation on applications and other University records will make students subject to disciplinary action, including possible expulsion from the University.
