Dr. Roxie Wells serves as President of Cape Fear Valley Hoke Healthcare. She has a passion for rural healthcare and believes that healthcare in rural communities must be a collaborative effort and therefore has worked very closely with organizations in both counties.
Dr. Wells, an alumnus, received her B.S. in Biology from FSU in 1992.
