The Educational Talent Search Program (ETS) at Fayetteville State University sponsors a Summer Enrichment Program during the month of June for middle school students. This camp is designed to provide continuous academic enrichment for middle school students through facilitative instruction, hands-on activities, and social interaction.
This FREE summer camp will expose middle school students to the fields of Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM Camp). Parents please keep in mind that students have to be a participant in the Educational Talent Search program in order to take advantage of the summer camp. The STEM Camp will be held June 16-20, 2014 and June 23-27, 2014. More information about the STEM Camp and the application process will be coming soon.
The Educational Talent Search Proram also sponsors a Summer Enrichment Program during the month of July for high school students. The Math Boot Camp focuses on Algebra and Geometry. This camp is designed for 9th and 10th grade students. The Math Boot Camp will be held July 28-31, 2014. The College Readiness Camp focuses on the basics of getting ready for college, knowing what steps to take to prepare yourself for college. This camp is designed for 11th and 12th grade students. Parents please keep in mind that students have to be a participant in the Educational Talent Search program in order to take advantage of the summer camp. The College Readiness Camp will be held June 30-July 3, 2014. More information about the Math Boot Camp and the College Readiness Camp and the application process will be coming soon.
ALL CAMP SLOTS ARE ON A FIRST COME FIRST SERVE BASIS. Students and parents be sure to get your summer camp application returned to the Educational Talent Search office as soon as possible. Parents if your child is not a participant in the program please submit a program application from the website, so that your child may join the programs and have a chance to take advantage of the wonderful and exciting summer programming offered.
