Francis J. Keane, Assistant Professor, Department of Educational Leadership. Before coming to Fayetteville State University, Dr. Keane retired from the US Army as a Special Forces Lieutenant Colonel. Dr. Keane holds a BS from Boston University (Biology/Physical Education), an MS from Springfield College (Physiology) and an Ed.D from Boston University (Behavioral Science). Dr. Keane has published in the area of leadership and leader development and is a member of the American Statistical Association and the American Educational Research Association.
