Dr. Beatrice P. Carroll, Assistant Professor of Elementary Education, B.S. English (Fayetteville State University, 1971); M.A. English/French (North Carolina Central University, 1979), Ed.S. Educational Leadership (South Carolina State University, 1994), and Ed.D. Educational Administration (South Carolina State University, 1995).
Dr. Carroll served as an English teacher in junior high and senior high schools earlier in her career. She served as an administrator for several years before coming to Fayetteville State University. She has served as the Professional Development Schools Coordinator as well as a university supervisor. Currently, she is teaching methods courses in the Department of Elementary Education. She serves as a supervisor to pre-service school interns and student teachers. She has supervised student teachers in elementary and middle grade levels since 2005.
