XIV Disciplinary Procedure Policy

The purpose of this policy is to provide a mechanism for the discipline of employees who repeatedly violate safety and health requirements and guidelines.  Safety and health requirements are established and enforced to protect employees from injury and illness as well as provide a "safe and healthful place of employment".

This policy will use Fayetteville State University Disciplinary Action Policy to address violation of safety rules and regulations.
