TRIO Educational Opportunity Centers...

help high school seniors as well high school graduates and college dropouts to make career choices and set educational goals. The Program also helps high school dropouts to enroll in adult high school alternative educational programs.

The Educational Opportunity Centers Program (EOC)

is funded by the U.S. Department of Education for the purpose of providing assistance to adults who want to pursue a college degree. The services are offered to adults residing in Cumberland, Harnett, Hoke, Robeson and Sampson Counties in North Carolina.

The program provides the following services at NO COST to participants:
  • Choosing a College
  • Completing Admissions Applications
  • Completing Financial Aid Applications
  • Choosing a Career
  • Completing Scholarship Searches
  • Resolving Loan Defaults
