The Educational Opportunity Centers Program (EOC)
is funded by the U.S. Department of Education for the purpose of providing assistance to adults who want to pursue a college degree. The services are offered to adults residing in Cumberland, Harnett, Hoke, Robeson and Sampson Counties in North Carolina.
The program provides the following services at NO COST to participants:
- Choosing a College
- Completing Admissions Applications
- Completing Financial Aid Applications
- Choosing a Career
- Completing Scholarship Searches
- Resolving Loan Defaults
