The “Student One Stop (SOS)” is designed to offer students a seamless transition throughout the enrollment process…all in one central location. Moreover, the primary goal of the SOS is to provide stellar customer service over the phone while answering questions, resolving concerns or just providing basic information in the areas of admission, financial aid, registration and billing at Fayetteville State University.
To adequately meet the needs of all of our students, the SOS has extended hours of operation Tuesday and Wednesday from 8:00am to 6:00pm with standard business hours (8:00am to 5:00pm) on Monday, Thursday and Friday. Team members are able to assist students in a variety of mediums…via phone and email.
