The Faculty
Senate shall have the power to act for the faculty in all matters of
faculty concern. The Faculty Senate shall be the highest legislative
body of the faculty.

Faculty Governance Document & the Senate Bylaws
(PROPOSED): The Senate proposes to eliminate redundancies
and contradictions between the Faculty
Governance Document and the Senate
Bylaws, and to streamline the two documents.
