One of the most important things you can do at First Steps is to complete your Student Health forms. Your admission packet included a set of forms from Student Health Services:
These forms provide valuable information and can be accessed on the Immunization and Required Documentation page. Students are required by law to complete the Immunization Record & Medical History Form. Students whose medical records are not in compliance with state regulations 30 days after classes begin will have their registration cancelled and be withdrawn from the University.
All students must also have health insurance. Undergraduate students accounts are automatically charged an insurance fee at registration, as it is part of each student tuition. If students do not waive their schools insurance, they will be automatically enrolled in the plan. The insurance waiver /enrollment must be completed online at www.studentinsurance.com.
