Our Mission Statement

The mission of the FSU MAIL CENTER is to provide a comprehensive program of postal services to fulfill the needs of the campus community. Using an empowered team approach, our goal is to focus on continuous improvement of customer relations, while maintaining our commitment to providing the highest level of service possible.

Goals and Objectives

The FSU MAIL CENTER is a Postal Contract Station, whose primary goal is to provide complete mail services to the University through the following activities:

• Metered postage, money orders, and international mail services
• Parcel/special service mail (Express Mail, Certified or Registered Mail, etc.)
• Receipt of all United States Post Office mail for the campus community
• Metering and dispatch of all out-going U.S. Mail for the campus community
• Receipt and disbursement of all U.S. Mail for resident students and organizations
• U.S. Postal merchandise for sale through an official USPS (United States Postal Service) contract window

It is the intent of the FSU MAIL CENTER to acquaint University departments with services offered by this unit, as well as discuss ways in which departments can assist the University Mail Center in meeting its responsibilities to the University community.
