- Purchases for Personal Use of Employees
- State and university policy prohibits the university Purchasing Department from entering into any purchase contracts on behalf of employees. All materials purchased by the university on official purchase order or other recognized university purchasing instruments remain the property of the State until consumed or disposed of by public sale through surplus property procedures unless otherwise allowed by State Statute.
- All purchase orders issued by the Purchasing Department, accordingly, must be for official use by university departments or agencies.
- Purchases from Employees or Employee Family Members
State and university policy forbids purchase of materials or services from State or university employees or their families.
