CHEER Scholars Program Application

Complete this application only if you were not selected by the Office of Admissions to participate in the CHEER Scholars Program.  (Check your letter of admission.)  The application deadline is May 1, 2008.  Admission to the program will made based on the availability of space.  Applicants will be notified about their admission by May 30.
