Start the New Year off right by remembering to…
Check your pay stub. Review your January paycheck to verify the correct
deductions are taken out for your 2008 NCFlex elections. Be sure your FSA
deduction(s) are based on your new annual election.
Look for your new dental ID card from your new dental carrier. If you
are a member of the NCFlex Dental Plan, you’ll receive a dental ID card from the
new dental administrator—United Concordia. Be sure to show your new card to your
dental provider to ensure your 2008 dental claims will be processed in a timely
manner. If you have questions regarding benefits, claims, or ID cards call
United Concordia’s toll free number 1-800-291-8039.
Use the new dental claims address. The new address is: United Concordia,
Attn: Dental Claims, PO Box 69421, Harrisburg, PA 17106-9421.
Get your FSA claims and payment status real-time. Providing your email
address allows you to receive your claims and payment status real-time.
Enter your email address on the ClaimsPlus site under Contact Us or call the Aon
Service Center at 1-877-371-2926.
Submit 2007 FSA expenses. You have until March 31, 2008 to submit
eligible 2007 expenses for reimbursement through the FSAs.
Order a NCFlex Convenience Card. If you are a FSA participant and have
not ordered your NCFlex Convenience Card you can order one now over the phone.
To order call the Aon Service Center at 1-877-371-2926.
Activate your NCFlex Convenience Card. Once you receive your NCFlex
Convenience Card you will need to call the toll-free number listed on the cards
sticker to activate it. After you call your card will be activated in 48
hours.
Think Ahead. Mark a day on your calendar to call and schedule your
yearly exams. Annual physicals, routine dental cleanings and eye care
exams are important to your overall health.
Visit www.ncflex.org. You can review
NCFlex benefit details, download forms including new Dental claim form, view FSA
account and dental account information. You can also print a Superior
Vision ID card for yourself.
