Due to the heavy volume of incoming calls to the university’s switchboard, we are requesting that you please refrain from calling the operator to obtain phone extensions.

Departmental extensions and employees are located on the FSU website for your convenience.  We will, however, be happy to assist you with any numbers that you are unable to locate.

Thank you for your cooperation in this matter as we strive to provide timely responses to external callers.

All Facilities Use forms must be submitted to my office a minimum of (10) ten working days before the date of the event. Please be sure that the form is completed in all areas and have the proper signatures before submitting to me.  NO EXCEPTIONS!!!!

Please send me all changes made within your staff and faculty ASAP. Include the names of new members, phone number changes, and personnel that have left your area so I may delete their names from my roster while up dating the directory.

Please contact the office assistant in your department to help verify this information.
