Hankins, Business and Finance
The Division of Business and Finance welcomes Carlton Spellman as the new
Director of Budget. Mr. Spellman has many years of experience in
accounting and budgeting with the USMC. Most recently he served as Senior
Advisor to the Commander on all budget, compensation, and administrative matters
in Raleigh, NC. Ms. Spellman holds a B.A. in Business
Administration/Technology Management and Masters in Business Administration
degree.
