Class offerings for Summer I, Summer II, and Fall 2008 will be available for
viewing in Banner on Friday, March 28, 2008.

The State Health Plan (SHP) 2008 Annual Enrollment period ends tomorrow, March
28, 2008. If you are making changes to your current coverage, please
complete the annual enrollment form received in your packet from the SHP and
return it to the Human Resources Office (203 Smith Hall) by March 28, 2008.
TO ALL MEMBERS CURRENTLY ENROLLED IN THE COMPREHENSIVE MAJOR MEDICAL PLAN
(INDEMNITY PLAN:
If you have not completed your 2008 Annual Enrollment Application to change to
one of the PPO options, please do so and return your form to Human Resources
(203 Smith Hall) by March 28, 2008. All members that do not complete an
enrollment application will automatically be rolled over to the Standard Option
by the SHP. However, all enrollment forms received by the Plan will be processed
first and roll-overs second. Therefore, please complete your annual enrollment
form and return it to our office by the above date.
