Dear FSU Faculty and Staff,
My family and I are truly grateful for your outpouring of kindness and
thoughtfulness during these difficult days. Your prayers, hugs, presence,
calls, beautiful flowers, and all other acts of kindness have sustained us and
will long be remembered. I especially want you to know that every card was
read with much appreciation, and I know that I will reread and reread them again
many times in the days ahead. Again, many thanks to all of you.

BRONCO Family:
Greetings one and all! I'm back from Iraq (again!). (Thank God I
retire from the Army this summer.) Meanwhile, my family and I just wanted
to thank you all for your thoughts, prayers, and contact while I was away.
Please continue to pray for peace and for all of our service members/civilians
working in Iraq, Afghanistan, and beyond. And of course, pray for the
families left behind. It makes me so proud to be an American to see
firsthand the plethora of sacrifices made in support of our freedoms. God
bless you!
