The FSU family would like to
extend our deepest sympathy to the family of retiree Lula B. Oliver and retiree
Lula M. Oliver, in the passing of their son and brother, Charles E. Oliver.
Funeral services will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Thursday, May 22, at Wiseman
Mortuary, Inc. in Fayetteville.
A public viewing will be held on the same day from 9:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m.

A gentleman called me this morning by the name of Marvin Trotman. His
friend found an FSU Tennis Championship Ring from 2002 with the name “Maynor”
engraved. The ring was found on the campus of Old Dominion University.
Mr. Trotman is trying to return the ring to its rightful owner but has been
unsuccessful. He lives in Virginia Beach, VA and can be contacted at
757-334-3389. Thank you.

Through God's grace and bountiful love, the Smith Family wishes to express our
sincere appreciation for the generosity extended to us during the passing of our
loved one, Gill Tyrrell Smith. Because you care, you came to share
beautiful words and lots of prayers. Because you cared we were not alone.
Calls and visits reached our homes. Each act of sympathy, card, flower or
gift given with thoughts so tender, helped us find the strength to ease the pain
in our hearts and bear the loss of one we held so dear.
