Students First

The FSU Fire Science program places students first, with all involved serving as advocates. It is not our intention to create barriers to graduation. We prefer constructing bridges and pathways in which the student can learn and grow. We must meet the academic standards set for all programs that are approved for implementation on the FSU campus. We cannot practice "fuzzy ethics" by substituting certifications or courses that do not meet the same objectives and learning outcomes that the course for which we are requesting a substitution would have required. Thanks for considering FSU and we sincerely hope that you become part of the FSU Fire Service community because of the strength of the program we offer.
