Geospatial Intelligence (GEOINT) Certificate Program

 APPLY NOW for Summer 2017 GEOINT Session.

The undergraduate GEOINT Certificate at FSU was established with funding from National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency

The GEOINT Minor is now available to students enrolled in any major at FSU.

The certificate was accredited by the United States Geospatial Intelligence Foundation (USGIF) in 2014.

FSU's GEOINT program was highlighted in the Trajectory Magazine (December 2014)

Fayetteville State University is the tenth university and the first HBCU to be accredited by USGIF.

The first co-hort of certificate awardees graduated in May 2015 and included combat veterans and cadets from the ROTC program with degrees from Computer Science, Geography, and Intelligence Studies.

For 2015-2016 eight student stipends of $1,500 each will be awarded to students pursuing this certificate.

For 2014-2015 eight student stipends of $1,500 each will be awarded to students pursuing this certificate.
