The following survey is part of an effort by the Department of Government and History to assess the effectiveness of instruction in history. Accurate results from this survey are an important element in determining whether the department is meeting its academic goals.

This survey is intended for undergraduate students with history majors and concentrations, including BA History, BS Social Science Secondary Education (History Concentration), Elementary Education (History Concentration), and Middle Grades Education (History Concentration).
