• The Department of Government and History in partnership with Information Technology and Telecommunications Services at Fayetteville Stat University offers an ArcGIS Student 1-year license for use by currently enrolled students taking GIS-related courses or programs at no cost to students. Students interested in using this software should email Dr. Rakesh Malhotra (rmalhotr@uncfsu.edu) and copy their advisor on the email.
