The following process must be followed in order to have an election related activity approved on campus:
At least 10 days prior to the event, email a summary of the activity to firstname.lastname@example.org. For student activities, the campus advisor must be copied on this email. The body of the email should include the name of the requestor, an email address, and phone number for that person. In addition, it should include a summary of the activity: Purpose of the event, internal and external partners.
If the event is approved, it will be posted here on the campus election information web page under approved activities. This will provide faculty, staff, students and visitors a listing to review if questions arise.
