Remedy

The Remedy Web Submit Application was developed to allow Fayetteville State University customers the ability to submit technical support tickets to the ITTS Help Desk. This application will also allow customers to review existing open and solved tickets.

How To Log In and Create a Ticket

  1. On the first screen, click on Web Submit (Auth)
  2. On the second screen, select Fayetteville State University
  3. On the login screen, use your FSU network account
  4. Select the options in the dropdown menus to create your ticket
  5. Submit.

If you do not know your FSU network account username or password,

  1. On the first screen, click on Web Submit (No Auth)
  2. You can submit a ticket but will have limited access to other features.
  3. Select the options in the dropdown menus to create your ticket
  4. Type in the characters displayed in the Captcha feature, and then Submit.
