Our Employee Relations personnel are committed to serving the University in a timely and professional manner. The Employee Relations department is responsible for all aspects of management and employee relations. We assist employees, managers and supervisors in addressing performance management, filing grievances, disciplinary actions, conflict and dispute resolution and employee recognition. We provide confidential consultation to both employees and to University management.
